This is the order form for a custom-made sterling silver cuff bracelet with your brand. Heavy duty (14 gauge) silver. Hand engraved with western bright cut. Choice of brand materials are brass, copper, and silver. 

When ordering, please consider how your brand will fit on a bracelet- i.e. if it is 2+ characters tall it will have to be either very small or rotated 90 degrees in order to fit.
